FUTURE PROJECTS

Currently, there is a 9-acre future development tract that is not currently under option with Atlantis Holdings. The addition of this tract would provide Belle Meade Centre with potential road frontage approaching 990 feet and an approved square footage exceeding 290,000. Further options on contiguous land are probable in the near future, which potentially would increase the size of the development to over 72 acres.

Atlantis Holdings currently owns an additional 11.42-acre residential tract (zoned R-15) at 4800 Carolina Beach Road. The density of the tract can be increased by special use permit or rezoning optimizing the opportunities for highest and best use. Atlantis Holdings is currently working closely with the County Planning Department and expects to submit a formal application in the near future.
